Dayton/Cincinnati Technology Services, LLC (DCTS) is a technology services and solutions provider located in Blue Ash, Ohio. The company was founded in 2005 by Managing Partners, Rick Grinstead and Dave Hendren. DCTS’s core business is K-12 technology, with schools making up 95%+ of overall revenues.
Since its origination, DCTS has worked diligently to supply educators with the tools and resources required to help students receive a quality education. With a combined 60+ years of experience in the technology industry, DCTS and its Managing Partners have been able to provide cost-effective technology solutions and support to over half a million students, over 33,000 teachers, and in more than 1,000 buildings . . . and counting!
The company’s main objective is to act as a positive, complementary component to a school’s Administrative and IT team, helping to boost their capabilities with a variety of products, solutions, and support. Staffed with a team of Technical, Sales, and Service Specialists, who work in conjunction to deliver optimum outcomes, DCTS has the knowledge and skills it needs to bring customers the very best technology has to offer.
